JD1730 size is a new generation high-tech product . The size is a kind of polymer composited by multiple natural adhesives and naturalvegetable gum after being processed by means of chemical modification. With excellent adhesiveness and abrasive resistance, the product is applicable for all kinds of fabric warp sizing purposes. In addition, with excellent environmental protection performance, it is an optimal choice for substituting for high polymerization degree unclean PVA size.

Features

•With low viscosity, the permeable size solution may strengthen cohesive force between fibers;

•The product has favorable film-forming property and excellent adhesive performance to hydrophilic fibres and hydrophobic fibres. Under certain temperature and humidity conditions, the size film has good wear resistance ;

•It may be mixed with all kinds of sizing agents to improve and enhance the performance of size solution. Meanwhile, it may be used for substituting for PVA at equal quantity or high proportion (1:2) for obtaining favorable sizing performance.

•Being good for splitting, it causes less yarn hairiness;

•With excellentwater-solubility, of size films the product is good for desizing and it may improve desizing effectand the appearance effect of finished product;

Method of use

•Dosage: General dosage is 30-40% on weight of starch (or total adhesives) or substitute for PVA at equivalent quantity or high proportion;

•Operation: According to conventions, put JD1730 size with other sizes and anxiliaries into size mixing kettle and heat it to 95℃ and hold for 15-30 minutes and test the constant volume (fixed solids ratio)and the viscosity for use.
