JD-720 is the best size for chemical fiber, pure cotton, polyester cotton, pure polyester, and polyester/viscosetextile fabrics. The product may be mutually mixed with various corresponding sizing agents. In addition, with the feature of easy de-sizing, it is the best substitute product of PVA1799 and 205 and a mainstream product among domestic and international pure polyester size products. Together with modified starch, textile companies only need to use the product for substituting for PVA1799 and 205 at the ratio of 1:3. And size boiling is very convenient.

Method of use

•Normal pressure size mixing: put JD-720 of required amount into cool water and then put the required modified starch , other sizing agents and auxiliaries into water; stir for 10-15 minutes, heat it to 95℃ and keepfor 20 minutes; test the constant volume and the viscosity for use.

•In autoclave, after feeding materials with the same way as normal pressure size mixing, heat it to 115-120℃ and keepfor 5-10 minutes; test the constant volume and the viscosity and set aside.

Special instructions

•The product may be used together with the required JD-135A or JD-600 and modified starch without theneed of adding PVA or acrylic size;

•While mixing the size, do not put it directly into hot waterover 50℃ in order to avoid agglo-meration;

•During the cooking process, the PH value must always be kept at the level of 6.8-8.5 to avoid size cookingand warp sizing at strong alkaline;

•Store in a cool dry place and keep the temperaturebelow 35℃. Higher storage temperature may lead to agglomeration. However, this doesn’t affect the performance.
