YRA Computer control for mixed taping embroidery

Yinrare taping embroidery computer control system supports all the functions as taping, coiling, zigzag embroidery etc., it also provides various models matching with different mechanical system.

Main functions as below:

1.Model: tape series; flat and tape mix series; flat, tape and sequin embroidery 3 in 1 series;

2.Tracing shaft driving: centralize driving or single driving (option);

3.Zig-zag driving: centralize driving, single driving, or machine-linkage (option);

4.Heads shift: auto or manual, setting space accordingly;

5.Stitch changing: manual or auto, flat, tape, zigzag and coiling stitch changed through colors sequence, exact breaking off point ensures quality of embroidery works;

6.Embroidery feature: flat head with colors change and thread trimming function, special head with under thread trimming function. Speed changing ratio at turning point adjustable; single head mending is available, special head with flat, tape, zigzag and coiling stitch function etc.;

7.Head lifting; auto lifting, integrated lifting or single lifting (option);

8.Wide embroidery function on special Head: wide embroidery on special head is available, move frames without power off machine; pull control bar to start work when fabric clamped on frames;

9.General features: Auto/manual color-change; Auto/manual trimming; Auto/manual start; Original point storage /offset-point setting /back to break off point/line embroidery/frame backward and forward/auto repeat/design rotation/edit/combination;

10.High efficiency: maximum speed of flat head at 1000 RPM. Special head at 600 RPM
