I Definition of the Polyurethane Waterproof Rubber Coating (LB-7)
LB-7Polyurethane Waterproof Rubber Coating, is a high molecular chemical reactive waterproofing coating material, consisting of compounding pre-polyurethane (A part) containing isocyanine group (-NCO) and some additives (B part) such as curing agent with poly-hydroxylated (-OH), bulk agent, plastic agent, adhesive agent, mildew-proof agent and diluents. Practically when two parts are blended at a certain ratio, it comes to be an entire waterproof rubber coating in uniform and elastic state after curing.

1 ble to apply on wet surface: The material can be constructed on wet substrates directly without moisture film, especially suits for basement waterproofing works.
2 Cold processing: Work with quiet safety, since no need to set fire which could possibly cause an accident, so it could be applied in enclosed spaces such as ponds, lift shafts, etc.
3 Construction in liquid state: With sticky liquid state, the product has 2-in-1 characters in adhesive and waterproofing, which could be spread on tough or curl surface. Other than some waterproof rolled-sheets which could cause serious permeable problems when not in touch each other well. It is possible to construct on huge area without any break, so reliable in waterproofing.
4 Durable in temperature and mechanic performance well: Good performance in -30ºC~150ºC, powerful in tensile strength and tear strength, extension ratio up to 350%, and elasticity.
5 Strong adhesion: It could be adhered well to the surface of various materials, such as metal glass, wood, tar, cement mortar and brick, etc.
6 Light in weighty & economic in cost: Coating of 2mm depth only can perform waterproofing well. Compared to other waterproof materials, it performs light in loading, low in cost, easy in construction, as a result cutting the total cost of any building project.

Product package: 600kg/set (in 3 drums, 200kg/drum), 30kg/set
Products shall be stored in dry and ventilating indoor places. Storage period: 6 months.
