This printing ink suitbable for multiple films,which is called UF 2000 series for short.

B.Applicable substrates of the PET Printing Ink

PET :with treatment levvel above 50 dynes.

NY:with treatment level above 52 dynes

OPP: with treatment level above 38 dynes.

PT cellophane paper:

K-coating film.

C. Product Properties of the PET Printing Ink

PET Printing Ink is available for printing on multiple treated substrates:

PET Printing Ink is mainly for packing of non-boiling & retorting dry foods. It is not suitable for dual-component purpose:

D.Thinner of the PET Printing Ink

Recommended thinner proportion(weight percent)

The solvent percents may be adjusted based on the printing speed,tenperature and humidity,however,the total content of kotone shall not be less than 30%, and opropanol not less than 7%.

E. Prnting Viscosity of the PET Printing Ink

Adjustment of viscosity is available depending upon the Conditions of uesr.

F.Usage and attentions of the PET Printing Ink

It is available for dry lamination and extrusion PE lamination (AC agent :isocyanate,imine)

It is not available for direct use of PP extrusion such lamination,8000H seeries of ink shall be uesd for printing.

Use imine AC agent for printing on OPP film for extrusion PE lamination.
