C.Technical Indicators of the PE&PP Surface Printing Ink

Viscosity: Zahn Cup4#(25) transparent oil 10~14s Color ink 12~25s

Package:White ink 20KG/can, color ink 18KG/can.

D.Useage Instructions of the PE&PP Surface Printing Ink

1.Adjustment of thinner is available based on plate depth, humidity, drying conditions and printing speed.

2.Amount of thinner;ink: thinner =1:0.2~0.5(weight ratio)

3.Printing viscosity: recommended Zahn Cup3#(25) 14~20 seconds, Adjustment of viscosity is available based on printing speed.

4.Printing speed: 40-100m/min.
