Product Description
To make acid system have different viscosity in different temperature through the interaction of temperature-controlled thickening agent and crosslinker. FS temp-controlled acid system with variable viscositycan be cross-linked in 5~10min under 60℃～90℃condition, which can effectively reduce fluid loss and control acid/rock reaction speed.
FS temp-controlled acid system with variable viscosity includes temp-controlled thicking agent FS300 and crosslinker JL180, can be cross-linked in 20%HCL or 25%HCL, crosslinking and de-crosslinking time can be adjusted accordingly, and the variable gel system can be degraded in high salinity residual salt solution without putting any gel breaker, it’s suitable in 120℃reservoir.

Residual acid solution still has 5～10mPa.s viscosity after reacted with rocks, it facilitates the flowback discharge of insoluble rock debris in reaction process and reduce the harm to reservoir.

It can mix with inhibitor, demulsifier, iron ion stabilizer, anti-swelling agent, soluble to water or acid.

(4) Using method
Should mix with acid at room temperature before using and guarantee no fisheyes.
Can use agitator while preparing indoors, adding the dry powder into the whirlpool, stir for 1 hour to avoid caking. JL180 should be delivered in sealed container and kept in cool place, and add from the metering pump of truck-mounted blender while in use.
Can store for 2 year in cool and dry place.
