Our Embossering UV coating Machine provides commercially printed brochures which need to be protected with a coating. A high quality low cost solution for UV Coating. This unit allows you to provide a High Gloss as well and uses a patented embossed roller and curing system to produce canvas, linen, or cotton papers up to ½ inch thick with a UV coating Also works well with Photographic material as well as press products. This machine comes in 17, 24, and 36-inch widths with 2 paths for production one for high gloss and one for the texture roller with easy access to both during production.

This is really two machines in one a texturing machine and a coater. The designers of the product have found a way to marry UV liquid coating and embossing technology in a compact, highly efficient user friendly design. There are up to 5 different textured surfaces, including smooth, fine, heavy, linen and canvas cotton that can be interchanged in under 10 minutes.

Unique, technically advanced features make this coating machine all the more intriguing the hybrid water-based UV curable coating allows this coater to be much smaller in footprint to typical UV coating machines, making cost of ownership more enticing, especially for in-house corporate, retail or other space restricted locations. It has a built-in conveyor and vacuum system that carry prints under the uncommon low wattage UV lamp at an amazing speed of up to 90 fpm in a footprint no bigger than that of a typical copier.
