Payment Terms: The payment will be in US Dollars and made by Irrevocable, Divisible and transferable, revolving per each one months, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) issued or confirmed by a top rated World Prime Bank in favor of the Seller in the amount of US Dollars corresponding to the total value of each month\'\'s shipments.
