Ferrotitanium

The melting point of alloy of titanium and iron is familiar with that of steel ,its proportion is also nearly the same with steel and not easy to be oxidized. The manufacturing technique of ferrotitanium is easy than that its pure metal or nonmetal.

The cost and price of ferrotitanium is lower and it is suitable for making steel and producing other high-tech material. So ferroalloy becomes important material in making steel and other new material. There are many kind of ferroalloys at present, which include binary and polynary ones, during which ferrotitanium is the most widely used ferroalloy.
