Product Description
Emzyme activity:3000u/ml Bear production cycle shortened: By 10 days. A-acetolactate decarboxylase (aldc)is an exciting new high-tech product with considerable potential for the beer brewing industry. It can be used by breweries to shorten the beer fermentation cycle. Aldc can decompose a-acetolactic acid into acetoin directly and rapidly.
When aldc is used, diacetyl cannot come into being, thus it can leave out the course of diacetyl being deoxidized to acetoin and shorten the fermentation cycle, improve the beer output, reduce the cost. It will never influence any brewing technic and parameters.
Moreover, it can avoid the rebound of diacetyl after beer leaving factory and guarantee the flavor of the beer. It has been used in many famous breweries in China such as tsingtao beer, and the whole fermentation cycle was shortened to 10 days.
