| About us | Our group has a Resin Sand Casting process, a Sodium Silicate Sand casting process, a Sodium Silicate Investment casting process, a Ceramic Investment casting process, a combined Investment casting process, a Replicast investment casting process and a CNC machine line to satisfy the manufacture and machining of castings of valve, pumps, meters, railway, autos, mining and construction tools and machinery etc. In carton steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and special steel. We have facilities as heat treatment, spectrometer, P. I. M. P, U. T, X. T, Co60, Sand molding analysis and impact, hardness, tensile, Microstructure, and CMM etc, to guarantee casting quality. The technology of Computer Aided Design, Computer Simulation Solidification and AOD furnace refining is used. The annual production capability is around 30,000 tons. The weight range of casting we can produce and machine is between 20g--6000kg. We have exported our products to tens of countries and regions in Asia, Europe and America and also set up sales service offices in Europe and America. Our group has a complete quality assurance system and obtained quality certification of ISO9001, QS9000 and PED-CE and product certification of ABS, DNV and GL.
