| About us | We are concentrated on: Ring spinning plant; 35,000 spindles with oldest machinery 90s Worsted plant; 8000 spindles with oldest machinery 97s Weaving plant; 24 looms with stoubly dobby,220 cm wide Dyeing plant; hank, tow, tops, fibre, cone dyeing machinery Twisting plant; 3120 spindles two-for-one and 1296 hamel elasto-twister In our ring spinning plant we have big production range in polyester blends, acrylic blends, cotton blends, viscose blends on ecru, dyed, melange, mouline and jaspe types. Also in our worsted plant we have production of acrylic high bulk, acrylic relax, acrylic/wool, acrylic/viscose, acrylic/elite all in ecru, dyed or melange type. In our weaving plant, we have 24 somet thema super excel looms with stoubly dobby. Twelve of our weaving machines are 2000 type with taking edge and the other twelve are 2001 type with leno edge and both types can produce leno edge structures when recommended. They have 220 cm width and can work up to 214 cm as maximum and 140 cm as minimum wideness. Also can compose structures up to 600g/m, and can produce 10,000 m/day depending on construction. Supplying eight different colors on weft and with 16 shafts makes us fascinating on woven structures. As also being a yarn manufacturer, gives us an extra advantage for fast production and price values for customers, buying high quality in few time ranges with more competitive price. As mentioned above, having our own hamel twisting yarns with spandex and unlimited yarn type consumption, allows fashionable and high quality fabrics done by our experienced stuff. Beyond all of this excellence, we have our own quality control tables with experienced staff that checks the processes and correct the faults on time without letting them to be a groin injury.
