| About us | Strength of rtl The management of rtl has carefully planned and wisely invested in this facility by employing most updated and state of the art technology for sewing operations and thus producing masterpiece quality garments that in turn is our greatest strength and of paramount vitality. Please note below a brief list that outlines some of the specialized machines that rtl is proud to posses. 1. automatic flat lock machine with trimmer. This machine can feed two separate lines at a time giving a clean finish bottom hem to a garment. 2. automatic circular hemming machine with trimmer. 3. automatic collar attaching machine(withwithout twill tape). 4. automatic placket making machine(especiallyfor polo styles). 5. automatic profile stitching machine to make box, triangle or x stitch under placket 6. automatic button attaching machine with box or x stitch. 7. cad/cam system for efficient consumptions and markers. 8. gerber fabric laying/spreading machine. 9. all other types of single needle/double needle oil free machines. 10. all our machines are pfaff, sahl, brother, pegasus. 11. macpi pressing machines Capability of rtl The facility specializes in making men polo and the automation to achieve efficient and quality productivity. However, the factory is also capable of handling all kinds of men and ladies knitwear items whether be it bottoms or tops. The factory can source and handle fabrics such as jersey with/without spandex, all textures of pique, interlock, polar fleece, micro fleece, velour, and other similar articles as per merket needs and requirements. Future plan of rtl The current picture of rtl is what we call as the first phase of us. We hold strong intentions of considerable expansion to increase our capacity and offer more of ourselves to our buyers. Our plans are such as 1. to double the production capacity of men/ladies polo shirts from 750 dozen per day production to 1000 dozen per day production by the mid of this year. 2. shall be establishing a(woven)preferably heavy weight fabric to manufacture bottoms by the end of next year |
