PROGRESSIVE POLYMER COMPANY INC
About us | Upon the demise of that particular industry here in North America, we developed two new compounds, (PPC-4 & PPC-10)again with an 80% PVC blisterscrap content. These two compounds were developed for use in the manufacturing of electrical switch and outlet boxes and conduit. To be used for these applications, we had to obtain UL approval. We have supplied millions of pounds of material to the manufacturers of these products from the late 1980's up to the present. We also supply an injection moulding compound, (PPC-14) to a manufacturer currently making central vacuum fittings. Because we use PVC blister scrap as our feed stock, we pick up other materials such as PET & HIPS, though not in the high volume as the PVC. We also sell PVC blister regrind to various buyers. |
