| About us | Our company established in 1972 engaged in the extensive and diversified manufacturing of terry towels, bathrobes, terry accessories, woven garments, sheets, pillow covers and apparel fabrics. Since its inception, it has been endeavoring to meet the increasing international standards of buyers in all markets. A major part of its products are exported to USA, Canada, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Japan, U. A. E, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Bangladesh and other countries around the globe. The present paid up capital is USD 3.18 million. Commercial production started in 1973 with an initial production of 408 metric tons per annum, which has been risen to 6000 metric tons in 2002. A. S industries has always pro-actively realized the need of establishing an efficient, state of the art composite textile and garment unit in order to meet the challenges of a quota free global market beyond the year 2004. We are also the manufacturer and exporter of top class fabrics and garments in dyed and double dyed designs. It is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company, which is committed to produce value added products, with on time deliveries. PROCESSING NAKSHBANDI dyeing & finishing production started in 1996/97, with a sizable capacity of 50,000 meters per day. We are producing a wide variety of fabrics on a continuous process. The plant houses a wide variety of machines, such as Osthoffe Singeing & Desizeing, Goller bleaching, Mercerizing, Pad Steam Ranges, Monforts Thermosol ranges, Stenters and Sanforizing machines, Emerizing and Micro sanding machines from Sucker Muller and Lafer. We also offers a wide variety of fabrics for the apparel industry in 100 % Cotton, Cotton/lycra and Polyester/Cotton. The range includes Twill, Drills, Canvas, Poplin, Ottoman, Rib-stop, Broken Twill etc... A variety of finishes are also available like Silicon, Teflon, Wrinkle Free, Stain Release, Water and Oil Repllent etc... GARMENTS NAKSHBANDI Garment believes in a never-ending persuit of being the best in performance, by adapting the latest technologies, minimizing costs and having a sense of urgency. We specialize in casual & formal trousers with a variety of finishes ranging from Silicon, Enzyme, Bio Polish, Stone Wash, Sand & Brush Blasted textures. With all this we have a wide variety of garment machines such as Single Needle 144, Two needle 6, Safety 7, Over Lock 2, Feedo 2, Belt Machine 6, Loop Machine 1, Eyelet Kaj 1, Regular kaj 3, Bartack 3, Plastic Button 4, Snap Button 3, Cutting machine 2, Cutting tables 3 and boilers also.
