| About us | The company was established to regenerate 140 hectares(346acres) of brownfield and contaminated industrial land in Jakarta raya. The project site is just under 3 miles from the capital city's historic centre and 4 miles from the airport and the rapidly growing western edges of edinburgh. For over 100 years an industrial area that has left a legacy of contimation, yet the area now offers an outstanding environment with spectacular views northwards across the firth of forth and southwards to the world famous edinburgh skyline. The company owns 1.2km of waterfront extending from the green belt in the west to granton harbour in the east, a waterfront that includes a small beach yet is not appreciated as being part of the city's fabric.
