We own in house stiching facility to prepare 1 x 20 FCL daily capacities. Production offered for export sales: Fabrics: We produce and offer for export fabrics in grey, bleached, dyed and printed as follows: 1. -power loom qualities upto 200 threads per squar inch in 47" to 114" widths. 2. -auto loom qualities upto 250 threads per squar inch in 47" to 120" widths. 3. -sulzer loom qualities upto 400 threads per squar inch in 47" to 120" widths. 4. -airject loom qualities upto 500 threads per squar inch in 47" to 125" widths. All widths of fabrics are available on request. We produce and export, all types and weaves of the textile fabrics I. E.1/1,2/1,3/1,4/1 satin in plain, strip, reverse satin and dobby,2/2, oxford, duck, birdseye and many more qualities are available from running production as well as on special request. We are full competent to produce fabrics in dyed forms I. E. Reactive(mercerised, sanforises, chintz finish, fire retardent, water reppellent), pigment dyed, vat dyed, sulphur dyed, nephthole and other processing is also available on request. On other hand we have very nice printing line and can print and supply in pigment, direct and reactive colours printed fabrics in all the available widths as per customers requirements. Our working widths are upto 120" and maximum 16 colours can be apeared in one design. Shirting fabrics: We can produce and export in plain, satin, strip satin, satin dobby, oxford, poplin, twill and other types in dyed and printed forms. Made-ups: We produce and export a wide variety and range of home textiles I. E. Flat sheet sets, fitted sheets in flannel and also in other fabrics, bedsets in 3-pieces set,4 pieces set,5 pieces set, a bed in a bag, quilt sets, comforter sets, duvet covers, pillow cases in damask designs and also in plain fabrics, curtains, table covers, sofa covers, polyefilled bedspreads and comforters, kitchen towels, kitchen nepkins and a wide range of other textiles on request of the customer. Quota: We caption a big portion of fabrics and made-ups quota of Europe and USA, especially cat.360 and 361 of USA and cat.2,2a,3 and 20 for Europe. We can perform any size of orders placed through any class and size of importer/customer. In addition we have production available for sale in Australia, fareast, latin America, south America as well as Central Asia States. Payment terms: Sight L/c, usance L/c, dp sight, CAD sight, facility with running customers. Shipment:30,45,60 and 90 days after finalization of orders. This time will be announced at every contract and time of shipment will be given as per the nature of fabric or made-ups Quality control: We have very strict quality control system established at our all production facilities as per ISO 9002. We control all the quality problems at the time of production, packing and shipments. Then we ship all the consignments certified free of any deffects.
