| About us | Kaiphone Communication Co., Ltd was found in Taiwan in 1979 who are specialized in manufacturing public payphone parts for over 15 years. For more competition and highly increasing production volume, we established branch, Kaiphone Opticon Communication Co., in China in 1997. From first product, spring cord, to current series items for public payphone, complete Handset, Keypad, Hook Switch and armored cord assembly, Kaiphone always keeps to advance production technique and update design. Every upgrade brings us more product reliability and customer confidence. We have striven successfully several well-known customers in the world and sold products to more than 25 countries, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Spain, France, England, Denmark, South Africa, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and etc. To catch changing market, with more than 20-year professional experience in manufacturing stainless armored cord, Kaiphone has finished development for series of Armored cord for electric protection purpose. Whole series of armored cord is available with diameters from 1.5mm to 51mm. It can be used extensively as protection tube for cable and optical fiber. Gas hose and shower tube for family equipment can be also applicable. In order to maintain our quality level, for actual operation, we have invested several test instruments both in our headquarter and subsidiary. For system flow, Kaipone Communication Co., Ltd. in Taiwan had got the certification of ISO9001 in year 2000 and Kaiphone Opticon Communication Co., in China was also qualified for ISO9001 (2000 version) in Apr. of 2001. Possessing these conditions makes our quality system work more efficiently to close customer's requirement, meanwhile, ensure a better customer service after sales be offered. |
