| About us | Xiamen University and Xiamen Kaiyuan District High-tech R&D Center was inaugurated on 27 March, 2000, under agreement reached between xiamen University and the local government of Kaiyuan District. Making 'innovation, Practicality, Growth and efficiency ' as its purpose, the Center takes advantages of the research strength of Xiamen University and other local research institutions and the excellent political, technological and business environment of Kaiyuan District to promote the creation of science and technology, the commercialization of achievement in scientific research; to attract the experts and scholars in China and aboard to invest and perform their pioneering business here. For the commercialization and industrialization of the achievements in scientific research two strategically linked brother companies are organized within the Center, which are: Xiamen B&C Technology Co., Ltd and Xiamen International Hi-tech Inc. An Introduction of High-tech Inc., Xiamen, China Founding in 2000,the International High-tech Inc., Xiamen is a high-technology stock enterprise, an entity of economic activity of XMU-XMKYD High-Tech R&D Center (called 'Center' for short). The center was jointly founded by the Key Laboratory of Analytical Science of Ministry of Education and the productivity promoting center for the purpose of accelerating the transform and industrialization of science and technology fruits. With the support national science & technology policy and Kaiyuan District government, based on the abundant technical power and self-contained advancing experimental equipment, the company mainly take on the transform and industrialization of science and technology fruits of the Center, the development and production of some project fruits of the National 863 Plan, the development and production of the new products of chemistry and biology material. At present, ice-bag is on producing with annual yield of 500 thousand. The products are warmly welcomed by the people who enjoy outdoor activities. The products are widely used in sports, travel, fishing, keep-fresh, transportation etc. |
