If you are selling to gas stations, we are core suppliers to the boutique, and an important supplier of all consumables in the station.

We are dominant in the following market segments ; Automobile After Market, Hardware and Tools, Sanitation and Janitorial, Bars, Hotels and Restaurants, and Industry.

The secret is simple, Clean Plus stands for the highest quality and the lowest price.

In the consumer line, 57% of our customers are women, 39% are young people (under 40) who hold convenience as their single most important motivator. We compete (by providing equal or better quality at often half the price) with the rest of all brands for the remaining markets.

Our company's distribution system is customarily through a Super Distribution network. Super Distributors, are created as a result of a Strategic Alliance Agreement. Super Distributors receive substantial and numerous discounts, large marketing and sales support, purchasing power subsidies if they are located in a difficult economy, and an exclusivity for their country in a defined market segment and activity sectors.

If we have not targeted a country for immediate Super Distribution. We administer that country as an Export market. If the Export distributor believes he can establish the product line and wishes protection against the appointment of another company as a Super Distributor, the Export Distributor can request a Stand-by Agreement.

This system has been successfully in operation throughout Europe since 1999.

Export terms and conditions are terminated on appointment of the first Super Distributor in a country.

Example of our commercial policy :

Exports to a Disadvantaged Country: When we have not identified a country as a Super Distribution market, we administer the country as an export market. Also, when a country is currently on our list of disadvantaged countries due to its developing economy, our policies allow substantial additional discounts and subsidies to assist in marketing our products at lower retail prices. As such, the importer benefits from a great many advantages including price adjustments going from quantity, to efficiency, to trade discounts for prepayment (both mandatory and optional).

If you are in the United States or in a country that is a member of a trade treaty with the United States, having for consequence a US Dollar dependency, a 10 percent maximum purchasing power subsidy is applied to orders of at least 15.000 euro after all discounts;

Of course we provide efficiency discounts under our famous Rule of Triple Six.

Your orders may be processed by fax to +331 4542 2337 or Email at orders@falkenltd.com. Your merchandise is ready for pick up by your transporter within 48 hours of our confirmation. You may of course have our logistics department assist you with transportation details. In 2003 we successfully prepared 96.1% of all orders within 48 hours.

Until such time as we have received authorization from the COFACE the French export agency, we are required to insist on prepayment of the orders on proforma. We will however consent a 10 percent prepayment trade discount for any such prepayment. Once approval is obtained, you may continue to elect to prepay if you wish to receive the extra 10 percent discount.

Our quality standard is equal to or superior to any direct competitor, our retail price standard is 25 percent lower than the average of all competitors.
