| About us | Our company has a 100% private capital, it was founded in 2001, having a production experience by 7months. The specialized technical staff and the majority of the workers have a long experience, as they worked in a state owned factory with the same profile, factory that now is closed. Our factory is located in siret, suceava, city that is situated near the ucraine frontier. The factory is built on a single level, the production halls have an area of 4100 square metres, and the total built area has 5800 square metres. At this moment the production area is not totally ocupied. The set up of the technological high tide is based on the continuity, respectively the raw material warehouse, the room in which are made the patterns with an electronic system, the cutting room, the production room with 5 lines, quality check, ironing, packiging and the garments warehouse. The ironing can also be done interphaseing, with technological steam. The factory is equiped only with new machines, respectively with simple machines,4 and 5 threads overlocks, interlocks, button sewing machines, double needle, needle split lock stich machines, lock stitch machine with fabric trimmer, eyelet button hole machine, pocket welt machine, waist band machine, bar tacking machine, belt loop machine, labelling machine, end cutter, fusing press, trouser ironing machine, trouser superior part ironing machine, stain removing machine, ironing tables with double swivelarm, other ironing tables. Since the factory was opened, we produced men and women trousers, breeches, women blouses, short and long sleeve t-shirts, training suits, pyjamas. The production capacity of the factory is, for exemple: - trousers:372,000 pcs/year; -woman blouses:684,000 pcs/year; -skirts:720,000 pcs/year.
