| About us | THE PRODUCT : This state of the art distillery, which operates through a Distribution Control System (DCS), produces very high quality grain ENA, matching the best international standards.The specifications of this ENA are given below. Alcohol content 96- 96.5 Vol % min @ 200 C Fusel oil (2 methy1 – 1 propanol) in mg/lit Absent Aldehyde in mg/1 Absent Acidity in mg/1 As acetic acid 0.002% W/W Ester in mg/1 0.002 g/100ml Methanol in mg/1 Absent Heavy metals No detection as Pb Barbet time in min. > 30 Evaporation residue in mg/1 0.003% W/W Furfural test Negative Appearance Clear and Colorless Bouquet (smell) and taste Neutral (8 out of 10 – minimum) You would kindly notice, that this alcohol is virtually methanol free and the bouquet and taste is absolutely neutral, with a minimum rating of 8 in a scale of 1 to 10 ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS : We have provided an excellent effluent treatment plant, within the distillery campus. The effleuent that comes out each day, out of a total production of 60,000 lts/day of ENA, would only be 260 lts ie., 0.43%. In other words there is virtually no pollution and the distillery can be termed as a pollution free and environment friendly plant. |
