Ltd. was established to provide more comprehensive service. 2003: Obtained ISO9001: 2000 certification, and set up IC Card Production Division. 2004: Won Chinese post office 5.5 Mio tender, and granted provisional Associate Membership of the GSM Association; meanwhile applying for certification of SAS, EMV and 3G membership. |
