All approved/ Photo/ Pre-Production sample are distributed from the sample room. Quality Control: Fabric quality is monitored in house to check the weaving faults oil stains & running shades problems in each roll. Every line is well set up with supervisors & quality controllers to produce standard quality garments. Cutting: All markers & patterns are done manually. One fabric- spreading machine. Two band knives machine. Five Eastman straight knives machine. One nagi shing machine for interlining cutting. Cutting is done manually with metal gloves. Stripe and checks are cut by hand. Sizing Checks: Full size set is made with the bulk fabric before production to check the fabric consumption. Mechanics: All mechanics are skilled to control the various problems in daily production. Embroidery & Print: Subcontracted. Finishing: Pressing: There are 15 vacuum tables & steam irons in the pressing & packing area with 2 Gas boilers, 1 set Neck press machine. Packing: Thread sucking Pressing Final quality control Folding Packing Get up checking Metal detection Assorted packing Metal Detection: The factory has a lock metal check Gold. The metal detector is tested in 2 times a day for sensitivity. A log Book is kept for each order that goes through the detector. All garments are metal detected.
