| About us | - Modern 350,000 square foot plant in Southeastern Michigan. - Expertise in RIM and TPO - ability to run most thermoplastics. - 9 injection-molding presses up to 3,000 tons. - 7 RIM molding presses up to 150 tons. - 2 primer paint lines - fully conveyorized with downdraft booths. - Full tooling repair and maintenance department with 5 tool and die makers on staff. - ISO-9000 and QS-9000 Registered. Our injection department regularly runs most common plastics such as TPO, Xenoy, Noryl GTX, and ABS. Our RIM department uses the Dow SpectRIM-50 system, which is high speed, high pressure RIM in the (most commonly used) 50,000 flex modulus range. We have the capability to run filler in RIM if needed. Our plant has plenty of room for tool storage and inventory storage, plus staging areas where we can perform assembly operations.
