| About us | Accordingly, technology upgradation is a continuing process and manufacturing any component to match customer requirement has gained importance as supply of sub-assemblies to manufacturer of equipments/machinery/vehicles or any other product results in substantial cost savings for our client. It is in those established a solid reputation and earned credibility. The products manufactured include a variety of electrical stampings for applications in fans of all types e. G. Ceiling fans of sizes varying from 600 mm to 1400 mm, Table fans, submissible pumps etc. In addition sheet metal components are also being manufactured for different requirements. Any type of sheet metal component or sub-assembly comprising of few components can be made for use in any engineering industry e. G. Automobile, Computers, Printers, all electrical appliances or any product where sheet metal components are needed. Our product range now will also included crimps and caps for use in pumps for cosmetic industry or in the medical field. These have a large use in perfume bottles. The products are under development and will go into production shortly. The Company is also manufacturing ceiling fans of different sizes ranging for 600 mm to 1400 mm. The fans are available in different shapes, colors and designs. New designs are constantly under development. Specific designs as per client requirements can also be developed. Support Facilities include a complete tool room to back up the production of a range of components. The tools and dies are designed and manufactured in house. Tools can be developed for any customized items and production can be taken up thereafter. Compact tools as well as progressive dies are being made and used in the plant. We are also supplying to fan manufacturers in the overseas market. Our company is an approved OEM supplier to all branded fan manufacturers in India. We are also approved supplier for sheet metal components to some of the most reputed companies in India for their export division. Export of our products is a priority area for us in our quest to be a part of the global industrial development. We are already supplying sheet metal of equipments being manufactured by our customers for European markets. We are directly exporting fans, fan components and sheet metal components. We are now developing caps and crimps for export as well as for domestic market for use with pumps for bottles e. G. Perfumes etc. |
