About us | 1. Capacity of brake rotors and drums: A: Casting capacity: Five electric furnaces and two 10-ton boiling furnaces, monthly production:10,000 tons; B. Developing capacity: We have fully matured experts and developing capacity. All drawings are designed by AUTOCAD. By the model develop in producing center, new type of products sample can be finished in 10 days, bulk products can be initiated in 15 days. 4. Quality guarantee: After the entry of ISO9002 quality system in 1997, we successfully obtained The QS9000/VDA6.1 quality system in 1999 and TS16949 quality system in 2003. We have been applying the two standards as the basic managing platform, practicing them in management, producing, quality guarantee and cost control.
