1. Capacity of brake rotors and drums:

A: Casting capacity: Five electric furnaces and two 10-ton boiling furnaces, monthly production:10,000 tons;

B. Machinery capacity: In brake rotor workroom, there are 120 sets numerical control lathes,30 sets vertical lathes,80 sets multi-reamer and semi-automatic lathes,35 sets drilling lathes,6 sets numerical control drilling lathes. Monthly processing ability:280 standard containers. In big brake drum workroom, there are 12 sets machine centers and 6 sets numerical control lathes and so on.

C. Testing equipment: Dynamic balance, static balance, spectral spectrometer, metallographic analysis.

2. Capacity of brake pads:

A. The designed production capacity is 5 million sets in the first stage of the project. In 2004, we can increase another 5 million after complete the second stage of the project.

B. Information of equipment: A: Production equipment:4 sets 600L Plough and Chopper Mixer,1 set 1200L Plough and Chopper Mixere,13 sets 100T Perform Press for Pads,13 sets 6 Layers Heat Press,3 sets Electromagnetic disk grinder,2 sets Multi-function Outside Grinding Machine for Linings,2 sets Spray Coating, Drying and Cooling Production Line, etc ; B: Testing equipment:1 sets Friction Material Tester in Const-Speed,1 sets CHASE Tester,1 set Compressibility& Hot Dilatability Tester,1 sets Pads and Brake Shoes Shear Tester,1 set Krauss Tester, etc.

3. Developing capacity:

We have fully matured experts and developing capacity. All drawings are designed by AUTOCAD. By the model develop in producing center, new type of products sample can be finished in 10 days, bulk products can be initiated in 15 days.

4. Quality guarantee:

After the entry of ISO9002 quality system in 1997, we successfully obtained The QS9000/VDA6.1 quality system in 1999 and TS16949 quality system in 2003. We have been applying the two standards as the basic managing platform, practicing them in management, producing, quality guarantee and cost control.

B. Casting: Inspection before smelting, analyze after smelting. That is, to inspect the smelt iron before casting, to analyze characters after casting including metallograph, machinery character, and chemical specification, to track down the products as well.

D. Packaging:100% products are to be inspected before packing with occasional checking before delivery to ensure no unsatisfied product is available.
