Product Description
Scope of application: The products are applicable among thin melamine paper, thin veneer and Alkcorecell wrapping hardwood, particle board and medium density fiber board. Characteristic: Good heat adhesiveness, good thermal resistant performance, long time for opening,good heat stability and good melted stability.
Applicable machines:KD-1609 is applicable to Coating machines with various types.
Service condition: Temperature( workshop, bonding materials): preferred 10℃~30℃ Carrier (plank) humidity: 8~12% Cementing: 80~100g/㎡ Processing temperature:180~200℃ Approaching speed : 20~80m/min Main ingredients:EVA Appearance:light yellow Translucent Viscosity:18000CPS(180℃) Softening point: 85±5℃ Operation tips : Check up the surface of gluing wheel and keep it clean as often as sure that glue-coating should be even.
Check up the temperature of temperature controlling system as often as possible. Temperature should be reduced to 30-40℃during the break. The rest of adhesive should be kept with sealing tightin order to avoid contamination and moisture absorption. Storage: It should be stored in a cool dry place for twelve months. Paking: 25kg/bag
