water meter test bench

The flow standard device of liquid (including water, oil) is designed according with JJG 164-2000 request, and the result that it is Signed by technology and used by many users to indicate : the products of our factory have a lot of merits; such as count the standard, modern techniques, reliable and accurate, economical and practical.Main use: 1.

Country or the legal province and city measure technological organization or examination centre ( station) that authorize to appraise all kinds of new liquid flow instrument products and (to test the prototypes of gauges) for the first time or periodically, arbitrate and supervise the inspection. 2.

Energies measurement centre of large and medium-sized enterprise of the trades (stations) to overhaul or test all kinds of liquid low meters, such as petrochemical industry stations, metallurgy stations, electric power stations, city liquid station ,etc.3.

Debug and assay in properties of products of the flow meters of liquid instrument manufacturing enterprise. Operation principle and disposing mainly:The fluids of devices by steady flowing field pass gauge flow meters to standard machines ( weight barrels, quantity machines or standard gauges) in order to compare relative error directly.

The device is furnished with 1. a system to keep flowing field circulatory; 2. a sectional experiment is in charge of section; 3. a standard machine ( a steelyard with high accuracy or a measuring glass or a standard flow meter ); 4. a time-recorder; 5. a valve to regulate flow capacity，a reversing machine and a inserting urgent machine, etc; 6. a computer and control system..Main technical parameter:The device is expanded uncertain degree: Quality law 0.03% ~0.1%, volume law 0.

05%~0.2%, standard gauge law 0.2%~0.5%.
