Work principle: The high-speed isotropic emulsifier consists of a high rotating impeller and a stator with radiating diversion groove. The impeller is so designed that the upper and lower vanes rotate at a high speed, which suck the material respectively and then project it centrifugally. Since the gap between the impeller and the stator is very small, the material will experience a series of strong physical reaction such as shearing ,pressing, mixing and injecting, so that the material can be complete mixed and emulsified.
