We deisgn the packing carton size as 60x40x15cm (L*W*H, height 13-15cm)
The packed cartons are stacked upon a dolly. Total 2 dollies into the kit to defrost each treatment.
On each dolly, each lay is 3 cartons, total 7 lays, so 1 dolly=21cartons=525kgs
2 dollies total 1050kgs, around 1 ton per one treatment circle.
The vacuum defroster can defrost from -18 up to +2 within 2 hours.
The vacuum defroster can guarantee as little as 3% weight lost at most.
It can keep the fresh appearance of the beef, meet, chicken etc after defrosting.
The size can be designed cusomer's requirement.
