The environmental case adopts the craft of the plastic rotational molding. It can be shaped in a whole mould. It is very popular used in many large-scale emporiums, public places, hotel, the entrance of the top grade gin shop or of elevate, underground and the public place. It is in good taste and has bright color, so it looks graceful. It is also convenient to be used. For these reasons, it has obtained quite excellent comment of our customers that from domestic and abroad.

Our advantage in technology as follows:

1. As a mould maker over 10 years, especially good at gravity casting mould and aluminum roto-mould.

2. We have enough ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop,4 processing centers,6 digital linear cutters ,5 numerical controlled millers and so on, are all located in our factory.

3. Many years of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts, makes us accumulate experience of hanging and resolving various difficulties n structures and accuracy.

4. We have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by proengineer, cad, and solidworks and so on.

5. Generally, our led time in marking the mould is 35 days. It will vary with the design of the mould.

6. Roto-molding OEM service. We have four roto-machines one of them has three arms and each of which is of 2.8 meters long, and is able to mold products within 2.5 meters long.
