This kind of automobile oil tank adopts the plastic rotational molding. The raw material is the cross polyethylene. To those tanks which have special and complex shape, we use the one-time plastic rotational molding. The tank bears impact, and bears the erosion and has quite high security, conforms to the country standard.

We have made around 50 sets of aluminum roto-moulds for various playground toys, and about 190 sets of aluminum moulds for custom molding projects in the past several years. 85% of them are supposed to be used in molding products to be exported to USA, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Russia, Canada, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan (PRC), Belgium and Israe

The first: Our advantage in technology as follows

1. As a mould maker over 10 years, especially good at gravity casting mould and aluminum roto-mould.

2. We have enough ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop,4 processing centers,6 digital linear cutters ,5 numerical controlled millers and so on, are all located in our factory.

3. Many years of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts, makes us accumulate experience of hanging and resolving various difficulties n structures and accuracy.

4. We have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by proengineer, cad, and solidworks and so on.

5. Generally, our led time in marking the mould is 35 days. It will vary with the design of the mould.

6. Roto-molding OEM service. We have four roto-machines one of them has three arms and each of which is of 2.8 meters long, and is able to mold products within 2.5 meters long.
