The toys we produced adopt the craft of rotational molding, and use the South Korean modern LLDPE plastic material. The pigment material that imported from foreign countries equals the food class. So this kind of material can keep the products from metamorphosing, and guards against the ultraviolet ray, guards against the static electricity ingredient and the static ingredient. Our products completely have been testified through the national child test examination center,conform to the national security standard, and achieve the international level. They are secure and healthy. Now our products are exported to Europe and America, Southeast Asia, Australia and other countries.

Our advantage in technology as follows

1. As a mould maker over 10 years, especially good at gravity casting mould and aluminum roto-mould.

2. We have enough ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop,4 processing centers,6 digital linear cutters ,5 numerical controlled millers and so on, are all located in our factory.

3. Many years of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts, makes us accumulate experience of hanging and resolving various difficulties n structures and accuracy.

4. We have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by proengineer, cad, and solidworks and so on.

5. Generally, our led time in marking the mould is 35 days. It will vary with the design of the mould.

6. Roto-molding OEM service. We have four roto-machines one of them has three arms and each of which is of 2.8 meters long, and is able to mold products within 2.5 meters long.

7. We would like to help assembling parts to a complete product based on our extremely competitive cost.
