rubber curing agent PDM(HVA-2)

HVA-2 can be used in the production of tires, adhesive tapes, auto-car fittings, cables and wires, rubber products, shoes. It is a multy-purpose chemical modifier for rubber mixes based on unsaturated rubbers used in production of OTR and agricultural tires.

The heat and heat-oxygen resistance of obtained rubber is significantly higher than same properties of rubber obtained with application of sulphur and sulphenamide accelerators. Being a kind of multifunctional rubber vulcanizing agent, HVA-2 is used as vulcanizing agent and cocuring agent for peroxide system in rubber process.

It is also used as antiscorching agent and anchoring agent. It is not only applicable to all-purpose rubber, but also combination system of specialty rubber and rubber plastic.

In natural rubber, when used together with sulfur, it can prevent sulfuration from reversing, perfecting heat and oxidantion resistance, reducing pyrogenesis, improving the adhesion between rubber and tire cord and the modulus of vulcanized rubber. It is also used in thick products of natural rubber and other rubber sundry goods.

When used in cable rubber, it can substitute for sulfurized vulcanizing agent such as thiazole type, thiuram and other, which solve the blackening of copper wire and copper electronic appliance because they contact with sulfurized vulcanizing agent to produce copper sulfide.
