• Cold compress: use after put in icebox or freezing box -10 to 20°C of refrigerator for two hours
• Hot compress: soak bag in container full of water and put into microwave oven (800W) to heat for 40 seconds or put bag directly into 80 to 90°C water for 5 minutes to fully heat
