Closing procedures :1- Seller issues a soft quote. ( This ).2- Buyer issue ICPO with authorization for a soft probe.3- Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer. Buyer signs, stamps and returns FCO indicating his acceptance to the offer and its terms and conditions.4- Seller issues a sales and purchase agreement.

The buyer signs, stamps and return the document within 5 business days, indicating that they accept the contract and its terms and conditions.5- Within five (5) banking days after buyer and seller exchanged signed sales and purchase agreement, buyer's bank issues (A) Bank Guarantee (BG) via MT760 or (B) POF via MT799 and DLC via MT700 and then provides the seller with a swift copy(s) of the relevant financial instrument.6- Within Five (5) banking days after receipt of buyer's payment instrument acceptable to the seller and seller's bank, the seller issues active two (2%) percent Performance Bond.7 - Upon receipt of seller's 2% PBG the buyer opens operative financial instrument acceptable to the seller ,the sellers bank provides Proof of Product (POP) to buyer’s bank via swift message.8- Shipments commence as detailed in the Final Contract within 30-35 days upon activation of the financial instrument
