laminated glass

Laminated glass is a kind of perfect safe glass, and it is produced through adhering two or more panes of glass together with a polyvinyl butyral (pvb) layer using heat and high pressure. If broken by accident, the glass would remain integral in its frame, the PVB interlayer would hold the fragments together and thus cause little damage to persons and objects.

Characteristics:
*High safety. Once broken, it turns out to be integral in its frame because of the middle PVB layer. While the float glass is easily broken to sharp pieces to cause damage to persons and objects.
*Energy-saving. The pvb layer can effectively reduce the sunlight radiation and can prevent the energys flowing away in the room with air-conditioner.
*Sound-insulation. *Ultraviolate rays filrering. Thus both persons and articals inside would be protected from the radiation.
