ivermectin injection 1%

Ivermectin is an anti-parasite medication and is effective against most common intestinal worms (except tapeworms), most mites, and some lice. While normally used to treat animals, it is also prescribed to humans to treat infections of Strongyloides stercoralis and onchocerciasis (river blindness). Ivermectin is derived from the bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis and kill by interfering with the target animal's nervous system. Ivermectin is a mixture of two compounds 22,23-dihydroavermectin B1a and 22,23-dihydroavermectin B1b, which differ by a single ethyl or methyl side group.

Indications

Ivermectin Injection - 1% sterile solution (10mg/mL) is indicated for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, sucking lice and mange mites in cattle and swine. Ivermectin Injection is also indicated for treatment and control of grubs in cattle.

Cattle, Swine, dog,cat,Reindeer,and so on

Dosage & Administration

For cattle, inject Ivermectin subcutaneously at 1ml/50kg of body weight (1 mL/110 lb of body weight). To use in swine, inject 0.5ml/25kg of body weight subcutaneously (1 mL/75 lb of body weight in neck).For dog inject 0.5ml/25kg of body weight (1mL/110 lb of body weight) subcutaneously using sterile technique.
