high precision lab A/C Controller

*Four control modes for humidifier, integrate humidifier precision control.*Build-in phase protection function.*Intelligence control of the temperature and humidity to achieve a balance environment.*Advance fuzzy algorithms, more accurate and stable to detect the current.

The precision can reach to±2%,the mistake rate will less the 0.1%.*Up to 6 units control, duty standby function, in order to enhance the stability.*Suitable for different units: Air-cooled, Water cooled, selectabled on the controller board via dial switch.*Max /Min humidity can be set easily, flexible used, suitable for different environment.*Water coil cooling and compressor cooling selectable.*Suitable for 2-46Kg/h three-pole or six-pole cylinder, proportional inlet and outlet water.

High precision control.*Drain time settable.

Timer clean function.*High water level alarm, Soft water quality alarm, low current alarm.*Control heating by 0-10V SCR, Support 0-10V VFD control.*Support auto restart function, support terminal chain control.*Trial run function; Memory function; Supply air temperature high, low protection; Probe fault protection.*Strong stability, 0.15-80MHz interference rejection, 4KV high voltage and surge resistance*SMT technology, 48 hrs burn-in test for ensuring quality*MODBUS-RTU RS485 Widely-used communication protocol, up to 1km max distance (Gateway Free);*PCB Surface painted with CRC, avoid leakage, short circuit, and erosion from acid/ alkali/ alcohol/ humidity/salt spray;*Featured with tension and torsion resistance probe, long working life*Wide voltage range, avoid misoperation caused by voltage fluctuation*Control logic implemented on the control board.

Continue working even HMI has fault.
