Product Description

high efficiency sand xxnx vibrating screen sieve is one kind of linear vibrating screen for sand and other mining related granules,powder sieving and separating. It adopts dual vibrating motors.

When the two motors do synchronized and reverse rotation, the generated centrifugal force is offset in the parallel direction of motor axis, and stacked together as a resulting force in the perpendicular direction of the motor axis. Hence, the sieving machine trajectory is a straight line.

There is a inclination in the relative sieve surface of two motors, under the resulting force of exciting force and the force of gravity, the material was thrown up on the screen and leaped forward for straight line motion so as to achieve the purpose of sievingand and separating of sand materials.

It can be applied to the assembly line to achieve the automatic work.
