BKL series fluidized bed jet mill/pulverizer crush the dried super small power with high speed jet stream, its basic working structures is as below picture, including screw type feeder, crushing unit, power grading unit, circular support unit and nozzles, electric cabinet etc. six units.

Working step and process.

--Power of material is fed into crushing unit via feeding box, the materials are sprayed with high speed in crushing box or unit by compressed air from around four nozzles , make the materials speed up rotating and crushing, impacting for many times to be pulverized completely.

--When the crushed material is entered into the grading unit, the qualified graded particles will be allowed to be transported into the grading chamber and collected by cyclone separator and dust collector, the filtered gas will be removed and exhausted from draught fan. --Owing to the centrifugal force of rotating particles and the centripetal force of air flow from the high speed rotating of grading impeller, the particles of exceeding required diameter will be returned into the crushing unit to be crushed again and again.

Features. 1 、Applied in dry ultramicro technology, the jet impacting speed can be above 2.50 Mach, it is very easy to get the 1-10 μm particle, sometimes it is available to get particle of less-than 1 μm. 2 、With the grading impeller components in chamber of pulverizer , continuous thick material particle crushing & pulverizing circularly make getting homogeneous power be available.
