SAPAC have started to track and study abroad technology developments for the two-shot mold more than five years. In 2003, once our company was established, we went all out in the technical feasibility studies and pilot production.

By studying foreign technology, we have summed up the project technical theory, enacted “The technical standards of the design and production for the two-shot mold" that developed a normative standard for the structural design and production precision.

Design and manufacture of the two shoots mold has entered a mature technology, Closed to and reached a foreign level of the same period. At least maintain the lead over five years compared with a small number of domestic manufacturers still in the early stages of understanding.

As long as we continued to research technology and development projects in power, two-shot mold of leading-edge technology projects in domestic will maintain a fairly long period of time.

At present, our two-shot mold project on the design and technology has reached the foreign level of the same period, but still there are some gaps with the foreign on manufacturing process, because of the backward technology and equipment.

We have started to introduce advanced foreign molds production equipments, our manufacturing process of the two-shot will catch up foreign advanced manufacturing technology in a relatively short time and start a market competition.
