concrete block making machine

The block making system consists of the concrete belt conveyer, the concrete storage hopper, the block molding machine, the pallet conveyer, the block conveyer, the hydraulic station, the control cabinet, the green block main body of the block making machine is made of strong high steel and imported components with skillful welding technique, thus the machine can sustain violent oscillatory motion and extreme loads; and is durable in use and reliable in performance.

Four chromate treated guide poles and junction panels of high machining precision guarantee the die head and the molding box move up and down smoothly and steadily, and inosculate accurately so that the exciting force will be evenly distributed and the differences of intensity and height among blocks will be machine is equipped with PLC control system.

Including power panel, control desk, monitor display and PC computer, the PLC control system has friend interface, data input and output, diagram display from which the operator can operate the equipment easily and get the operative information of hydraulic drive unit which are made by world-famous hydraulic elements such as Uranus and Japanese Yuken brand etc. supplies the power for equipments.

All of the hydraulic elements are integrated in the form of hydraulic unit.

The hydraulic unit are independent from block machine as the station which is equipped with radiator and filter for recycle oil so as to prolong working period of hydraulic unit and stability of present, there are 4 machine types: 7U-QT4-15, 7U-QT6-15, 7U-QT8-15 and 7U-QT10-15, with capacity from 800 to 2000 pcs of 390*190*190mm/400*200*200mm hollow block per details, please take a look at our website: "7umachine" For machinery and plant working, please take a look at our video on "youtube".You can get to "youtube" website, search for "johnzouq", then you will find our video from this uploader's video group.
