We produce of the smallest contacts of 2.5 mm length for the electrical industry up to complete housings after your defaults.

The necessary punching and bending tools, we create in our own tool workshop.

We process all common materials.

Equipment

Mechanical and hydraulic presses and stamping machines with up to 850 tons.

CNC steered bending automats

Welding equipment MIG / MAG Maximum size: 500 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm

Lot sizes: We produce also smaller lot sizes.

In particular by our low tool costs also smaller quantities count themselves.

After arrangement the parts can be machined, welded, surface-treated, assembled and packed.

Quality control

The required checks and measuring facilities including measuring engines are available.

CHILLED casting

We produce pressure die casting parts of all kinds after your specification.

The necessary tools, we create in our own tool shop.

The casting is accomplished with qualified subcontractors.

We process among other things following materials

Aluminum -----alloys Brass alloys -----Bronze alloys

The parts can be mechanically further worked on after arrangement surface treated, installed and packed.

Chilled casting is suitable; if you have special requirements at material structure and/or strength Otherwise the production is concerning the price nearly similar as pressure die casting (tools and parts) with us.

In particular if you attach importance to small wall thicknesses, smaller weight, good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy, the pressure die casting procedure with inexpensive tools offers itself.

Wax lost casting and polystyrene lost casting procedure ensures an extremely high repetition accuracy in measure and quality.

GGG - Ductile iron according to DIN EN 1563 in the qualities GGG 40 up to GGG 70

3,PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING

We produce technical injection moulding parts (main thermoplastics, rubber etc.) of all kinds after your specifications.

We provide the necessary tools in our own tool shop.

We process usual materials.

Materials of Chinese manufacturers (partly the price is very interesting with in the meantime good quality).
