Product Description
Molecular formula: Zn(C17H35COO)2Property: It is white flammable non-toxic powder with good smell and with specific gravity 1.095. It can dissolve in hot common solvent and acid, but not in water, ethanol or aether.
It will become to glue when cooled after being heated in the organic solvent and be decomposed to stearate or salt when meet strong acid and can absord moisture in air.Application: If Zinc stearate is too much, it will decompose PVC or show some black points.
