YKR Series Circular Vibrating Screen

Zhongyi mining machine YKR series screen is circular motion, used for selection and classification products in coal, metallurgy, mining and other sectors. Zhongyi mining machine YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen is the high efficient vibrating screen which is produced under the adopted advanced German technology.

The amplitude strength can be adjusted, material screen dropping long line, multi-layer screening, clear screening of each size, high screening efficiency. It can screen the material into a variety range of product by the particle size.

With high processing capability and screening efficiency, the screen machine has the characterics of reasonable technical parameters, high structural strength and stiffness, reliable operation, low noise, easy maintenance and so on.

Zhongyi mining machine YKR series circular vibrating screen has adopted petal-shaped disc couplings and flexible couplings with simple structure, easy production and maintenance, to overcome the shortcomings of easily damaged universal coupling; vibrator has adopted block eccentric structure, very simple; the feed box is optional, which is used to increase the effective screening area and while extend the life of the feed-side screen; the transmission part is to increase the intermediate bearing, which will protect the motor effectively and extend motor life.
