Ingredients: Tapioca flour, Crab, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate (msg), sodium hydrogen carbonat, citric acid, garlic, other spices (pepper, onion, chilli) Usage: 1) oil for frying: Soak chips in cooking oil at the temperature of 160 to180 degrees and then take out quickly when the chips just turn brown yellow and swell.
